Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
- Free U.S. shipping on orders of $49 or more
- Flat-rate U.S. shipping: $6.99 on orders under $49
At this time, we ship within the United States.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been given to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at support@gummygemstudio.com, and we’ll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Gummy Gem Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Because many of our pieces are handcrafted in small batches or are one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general preference.
However, we want you to absolutely love your order.
If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gummygemstudio.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
We’ll carefully review your request and work with you to find the best possible resolution.
Depending on the situation, this may include:
- A repair
- A replacement (if available)
- Store credit
- A refund
Because many Gummy Gem Studio designs are limited edition or one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not always be available.
Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Jewelry Care
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
- Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
- Store pieces in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
Many Gummy Gem Studio pieces are protected with an anti-tarnish coating for added durability. Proper care will help preserve their sparkle and finish for years to come.
